I have lived around NWA for most of my life and seen how quickly this area is growing. After working in the construction industry as a superintendent/project manager for the past almost 7 years I decided I wanted to start my own company. I saw an opportunity taking care of all the smaller items that the large companies won't mess with, so I took a chance and Flexjobs was born! I spend almost all of my time working and building the company, but with what little free time I have, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors surrounded by nature.
